Experience Body Peace Coaching
Your body has been taking up too much space in your life for too long.
Not every moment. But enough that it's draining.
You get dressed and second-guess yourself. You see a photo and spiral. You're at dinner thinking about how you look instead of being present with the people you love.
You've done work on yourself - therapy, self-help. But this particular thing—the constant mental chatter about your body, still hasn't shifted.
It can.
This doesn’t just affect how you feel about your body.
It affects how you show up in your life: your relationships, your confidence, your presence, and how much energy you spend thinking instead of living.
And the hardest part?
It becomes your normal way of living, and you can start to believe that feeling discontent with your body is “just how things are’.
But it doesn’t have to be.
When this shifts, everything shifts.
You stop overthinking what you're wearing. You see photos of yourself and move on. You're actually present in meetings, conversations, moments that matter. Your body becomes something you live in, not something you manage.
This work isn’t about getting “more knowledge” - it’s a perspective shift. It's about seeing through the thoughts and beliefs that have kept you stuck, so you can experience a more peaceful relationship with your body - and yourself.
Women often tell me they feel lighter after this work - not because their bodies have changed, but because the relationship with themselves has.
During our consultation, we'll explore what's been keeping this pattern in place, what's possible for you, and whether working together feels like the right next step.
Even if we decide not to work together, you'll leave with a fresh perspective and greater clarity.

“For the first time since I was very small, I feel at home in my body.”
“I’ve spent a lifetime struggling with my body and my weight, and was worried I was too far into it to be ‘talked out of it’. But Kristina expertly guided me with incredible knowledge, intelligence, and compassion. To be quite honest, I’m still shocked that my thinking and feelings about my body and food have been able to change so very much in such a short amount of time. Kristina used my own insights and experiences to make everything clear and concrete for me. Her coaching has been incredibly freeing, and entirely life-changing.”
— Samantha, Germany
“I finally found the pathway to body acceptance I was craving.”
“I have worked with therapists in the past and still clung to the same harmful thoughts and behaviors, so I was unsure if coaching would provide a different pathway. Since working with Kristina, I have noticed an overall sense of peace toward my body. I am less reactive and can approach negative thoughts with curiosity and kindness rather than urgency and panic. Kristina helped me to uncover a deep sense of intuition and truth within myself.”
— Sarah M., Pennsylvania, USA
“I don’t get hung up on a ‘bad’ photo anymore.”
“I had struggled with my body image to the point where seeing myself in photos, or getting dressed for outings, had the potential to send me into a downward spiral. After working with Kristina, I'm more at peace with myself. I don't get hung up on a 'bad' photo. I'm able to move on with my day much faster than before. The skills I learned even helped me navigate a tricky relational riff with my sister, so I ultimately feel like I got way more out of this experience than I expected to.”
— Katelyn L., NJ, USA
How We’ll Work Together
If working together feels like a good fit, we'll partner over several months in a private 1:1 coaching relationship.
We'll meet regularly on Zoom for dedicated coaching conversations, and you'll also have WhatsApp support between sessions so you don't have to navigate this process alone.
Every coaching relationship is personalized, because no two people experience this journey in exactly the same way.
This work is for you if:
You’re tired of how much space your body takes up in your mind
You’ve done some inner work, but the body image piece still hasn’t shifted
You’re ready to feel relief and more at home in your body (without it “needing” to change first)
I know change can feel scary. Staying in what’s familiar can feel easier - even when it’s exhausting.
But it doesn’t have to keep being this way.
Living with more ease, peace, and presence isn’t something you have to figure out on your own.
