Body Peace: A Guided 3-Part Video Series
Move from understanding body peace…to actually experiencing it.
For women who are exhausted by dieting, weight suppression, and the non-stop background hum of self-criticism.
New Here?
If you're new to my work, I recommend starting with my free Guide to Body Peace. It introduces the foundational ideas behind this work, and as a thank-you for joining my community, you'll also receive a special offer on this video series.
If you've spent any time exploring body peace, you may already understand that your body isn't the problem.
Another diet plan or medical fix won't give you the lasting internal peace you crave. What needs to shift is the way you're perceiving your body. And when that changes, a whole new relationship with your body becomes possible.
You understand the concepts.
Now it's time to experience them.
A Sample Exercise from Video 1:
This series isn't a quick fix.
It's a guided experience designed to facilitate a profound shift in perception—one that allows you to experience a sense of relief and lightness you may not have thought was possible.
It gently moves you from understanding body peace…to experiencing it.
Think of it as the exhale you've been waiting for. A reprieve from the background hum of self-criticism, reconnecting you with the truth of who you are.
What we’ll explore together:
Video 1: It’s Not Your Body — It’s What You’ve Been Taught to Think About It
When you look in the mirror and think, "I'm too fat," "too old-looking," or "not good enough," you're experiencing a learned belief, not a fact.
In this video, I'll help you reconnect with the pure, unfiltered joy you once felt in your body before the world taught you something was wrong with it.
Together, we'll do a guided visualization so you can experience what your body feels like without a negative thought—and discover that peace has been within you all along.
Video 2: You Are Not Your Mind — Your Body Is Neutral
Just like rain isn't inherently good or bad, your body is completely neutral. We've simply been conditioned by culture, media, and the people around us to believe that one type of body has value and everything else is "less than."
In this video, I'll share a simple way of relating to your mind that helps loosen its grip, so you can experience the relief of seeing your body without immediately judging or trying to fix it.
Video 3: When a Thought Hurts, It’s Not True
When you feel anxious or discouraged about your appearance, that painful feeling isn't proof that your body is the problem. It's your inner guidance gently letting you know you're believing a story that isn't true for you.
Together, we'll practice a powerful exercise that helps you shift your attention out of the noisy, conditioned mind and reconnect with the quieter wisdom that's already within you.
Bonus Video: “But What About Health?”
One of the biggest fears people have when they begin making peace with their bodies is that they're somehow "giving up" on health.
In this bonus video, I'll share why letting go of the need to constantly fix and control your body isn't moving away from health—it's often a step toward it.
A Note from Kristina
For years, my life revolved around trying to suppress my weight. I believed peace would finally come once I was thin enough, looked a certain way, or could somehow maintain the cultural ideal.
It never did.
The goalposts just kept moving.
What finally brought me freedom wasn't another diet or more willpower. It was realizing that the peace and "good enough" feeling I had been searching for was already within me. It had simply been covered over by years of conditioning and self-judgment.
I created this series to share the foundational ideas and guided practices that helped me—and the women I coach—begin finding real freedom.
You don't have to wait until you lose weight to feel safe, whole, and worthy.
You can begin reconnecting with that freedom today.
