Tired of fighting your body?
Find peace and self-trust that lasts.

Transform how you see yourself so you can finally feel free, confident, and at peace in your body — exactly as you are.

You’ve spent years trying to fix your body.

Dieting. Tracking. Critiquing every angle in the mirror.
And even when you looked better by the world’s standards — you still didn’t feel free.

I know how consuming it can be — I lived this way for years, always waiting for the day I’d finally feel good enough.

Because it was never really about your body.
It was about what you believed your body meant about you — whether you thought it made you “good enough” or “not enough.”

But those beliefs aren’t truth — they’re conditioning.
And the moment you begin to see through them, your entire life opens up.

Your body will always change — but your peace doesn’t have to.

Your body will always change. Bodies age, hormones shift, and our appearance evolves. Trying to “arrive” at a body you can finally accept means chasing a moving target forever.

When you learn to make peace with your body as it is now, you gain something you can never lose — a lifetime of peace, confidence, and self-trust, no matter your age or size.

This isn’t about freezing time or fighting change. It’s about finally being free — to live, love, and show up fully as yourself.

Before working with Kristina, seeing a photo of myself could send me spiraling. Her approach finally showed me how to change my thoughts in a real, practical way. I move through ‘bad’ body moments with so much more ease now — and the work has transformed how I navigate every part of my life, not just my body image.

What happens when you stop fighting your body

When you release the constant self-monitoring and worry about how you look, everything shifts:

  • You are more present in relationships — not in your head so much thinking about your body.

  • You finally trust your body — with food, movement, rest, and pleasure.

  • You make decisions from peace, not fear.

  • You feel present, grounded, and alive in your life again.

This isn’t just about body image.
It’s about your freedom — your energy, your joy, your ability to be here now.

This is the work we do together.

In this coaching we explore:

  • Seeing through the beliefs that create body shame

  • Releasing comparison and internalized standards

  • Rebuilding trust with your hunger, rest, and inner guidance

  • Creating emotional safety so self-trust becomes natural

You don’t need to “fix” your body to feel good.
You need to come back home to yourself.

I had no idea what to expect from this kind of coaching—but it’s changed my life in ways I couldn’t have imagined.
What surprised me most is that it wasn’t about learning to love my body—it was about not letting intrusive thoughts stop me from living.
I now feel confident as a human being, not just someone trying to shrink to be happy. That confidence has helped me stop standing on the sidelines and finally participate in life.

FAQs

  • Therapy and body image work can be incredibly supportive — and many of my clients come to me after years of doing both. What I offer here is something different: a deep perspective shift that changes the way you understand the pain, pressure, and self-criticism you experience around your body.

Instead of trying to manage or reduce the thoughts, we explore the origin of them — the beliefs and meanings that make them feel so true. When those shift, everything changes.

It’s very common for clients to tell me,“I’ve never thought about it this way before.”

And that moment often becomes the turning point — the place where the struggle finally begins to loosen, and for some clients, decreases dramatically.

  • Everyone begins in a different place, but transformation is absolutely possible.

    I often describe it like a spectrum from 1 to 10 —
1 being “I feel completely at war with my body,” and
10 being “I feel at peace, and my body is no longer a source of stress.”

After a few months of working together, many clients move several points on that scale — and some get surprisingly close to a 10. Not because they forced themselves to change, but because something inside finally shifted.

That’s the nature of this work:
    you can’t force transformation,
but when you’re open and ready, it happens organically.

My role is to create the fertile ground — to help you see your thoughts, fears, and body story through a completely new lens. That perspective shift is often the thing that changes everything.

And you don’t have to wait months to feel that.
Most clients start experiencing relief and insight in the very first session.

  • Yes — this is a full coaching session. From the very first call, we go directly into the work so you can experience a real shift in how you’re relating to your body and yourself.

Before the session, you’ll answer a few short questions so we don’t spend much time on backstory. That way, we can focus our hour on what you’re struggling with most and what will bring you the most relief and clarity.

My aim is for you to walk away with something that has genuinely shifted — even if it’s small, it’s meaningful. Small shifts are often the doorway to the bigger ones, and most clients feel a noticeable change by the end of this first session.

  • I completely understand. Talking about your body can feel incredibly vulnerable — especially with someone you haven’t met yet. But I want you to know: you’re not alone, and nothing you share will ever be “too much” or too shameful for me to hear.

I’ve been where you are. There was a time when I didn’t think progress was possible for me either. And yet, everything changed once I learned to see my thoughts and fears through a different lens.

You don’t need to show up with confidence — just an open mind and a willingness to explore.
When those two things are present, even long-held struggles can begin to shift.
Many clients are surprised by how much relief they feel, even in the first session.

This work is gentle, supportive, and deeply respectful of where you are right now.
And yes — it can absolutely help you.

  • One session can create a meaningful shift — many clients describe it as the moment things finally start to make sense. But if you’re looking for lasting change in how you feel in your body, ongoing support is usually where the deeper transformation happens.

This first session helps you get a real feel for my approach and whether it resonates with you. You’ll experience how the work feels, the relief it brings, and whether continuing makes sense for where you are.

There’s no pressure to commit to anything.
You’re welcome to have this one session and return whenever you’re ready, or we can explore ongoing options after the call if it feels aligned.

There are several ways to move forward, and we’ll only choose what genuinely feels supportive for you.

I remember the moment it all became too much — when I realized I was shrinking myself instead of actually living my life. I was so focused on controlling my body that I couldn’t fully enjoy the moments with the people I loved.

It had taken over everything. And when I found myself on the edge of yet another restrictive diet, feeling that familiar pressure rising in my chest, something in me finally said, “No more.”

A Note from Kristina

I stopped cold turkey and began my journey toward true body peace. The insights that carried me through the hardest parts — and the tools that helped me come home to myself — are what I’m here to share with you.

This is the work I now guide women through. Not to fix themselves, but to return to the peace, trust, and freedom that’s been waiting for them all along.

Why You Can’t Wait

How many more moments do you want to miss while waiting to feel ‘good enough’?

Every day you spend fighting your body is a day you don’t fully live.
You put off joy. You shrink your light. You wait to feel “ready.”

But readiness doesn’t come from another diet, or another month of “trying.”
It comes the moment you decide: I’m done suffering.

Your body will continue to change. That’s life.
But peace — the kind that comes from within — is timeless.
And you can claim it now.
