Body Peace Small Group Coaching

You don't have to walk the path to body peace alone.

Changing the way you relate to your body can feel lonely in a world that's constantly telling you to fix, shrink, or judge yourself.

This small group gives you a place to practice a different way—a reprieve from the weight loss and dieting talk, with a handful of women who truly get it.

4–6 women. 8 weeks. Real coaching, conversation, and practice.

The next cohort begins in February 2027. Applications open in January.

You might already know a lot about body image.

You know your worth isn't determined by your appearance. You understand diet culture. You've probably read, listened, reflected, and learned a lot.

And yet you still find yourself criticizing your body in the mirror, comparing yourself to other women, feeling uncomfortable in photos, or getting caught up in thoughts you thought you'd already moved past.

Knowing why we think this way doesn't necessarily help us in the moment we're actually thinking it.

This group is about practicing the how.

We'll explore what's happening underneath your body-image struggles and practice responding to yourself differently—not so you'll never have another difficult thought about your body, but so that you can still find peace even when those thoughts are present.

    Weeks 1–4
Four weekly 75-minute live group coaching sessions.

    Midpoint
A one-week integration break, plus a private 30-minute coaching session with me.

    Weeks 6–8
Three more weekly 75-minute group coaching sessions.

Throughout the eight weeks, you'll have space to bring what's actually happening in your life, be coached, learn from the other women in the group, and practice new ways of responding.

    What we'll do together

There's a unique kind of magic that happens in a group.

One of the most powerful parts of this work is realizing that you're not the only one who thinks and feels this way.

"I don't think I could've made the same level of progress around my negative relationship to my body image and food if this group hadn’t been part of my life. Going through this experience with other women who shared a lot of the same thoughts and feelings made me feel less alone. I have gained a level of peace within myself that I didn't think I would be able to find.”

    —Brittney, Santa Cruz, CA

"Since participating, I have more tools to notice when I’m attaching a sense of self-worth to my appearance. I can pause, get curious about what’s underneath that pattern, and practice a new way of relating to myself. The most valuable part has been sharing with and listening to others, and practicing new ways to be in relationship with myself.”

    —Ann F., St. Louis, MO
