But I understand that starting a meditation practice (or keeping up with one) can be challenging. That’s why I offer a weekly guided meditation group, so you don’t have to do it in you own!

Details: Every Wednesday at 12:30 pm Eastern Time I lead a 10-minute guided meditation. If you can’t attend live, you’ll receive the recording via email to do on your own time.

The weekly meditation sessions are ten minutes for me to just be in my body and exist without an end goal. Kristina does a beautiful job of gently guiding the meditation and I feel a stronger sense of inner knowing afterwards.
