We live in a culture obsessed with being thin and "fit". It can feel lonely when everyone around you is engaged in diet-talk and criticizing their body while you are learning to be at peace with yours. 

Body Acceptance is new territory, and it can be challenging to navigate. Questions can come up such as: "what do I do when my family is talking about weight loss and I find it triggering?" or "how do I handle a bad body image day?"
